Nacogdoches Professional Firefighters

The Nacogdoches Firefighters Association is a group of good men that care for the city they serve. That's why the members of Local 2690 has

set up a fund that is designed to help people out in the event, they loose there home or personal items by fire.

As firefighters, we have seen the destruction that is left behind after a fire. However, we know that after a fire occurs, when finished, we can roll

up our hoses, go back to the fire station and have a place to sleep for the night. But what about the victims? They have no place to go not to

mention any food, and most likely, just the clothes that they are wearing. Now, after the fire and before we leave we can hand the Fire victim a

packet containing:

Hotel/Motel vouchersHotel/Motel vouchers
Food Vouchers
Clothes vouchers
A Phone list of all local insurance companies
A pamplet that may answer some questions about our operations at a fire.
And other useful information

We hope that no one should ever need this service but in the event that they do, we can now leave a scene of a fire and feel good about knowing

the people we serve will have a place to sleep, food to eat and clothes to wear.
